What JOINT Labs is

JOINT Labs (labs.joint.design and its tool subdomains such as map.joint.design) are free tools that turn an address or your own drawings into architecture diagrams and presentation images.

What we collect

• Inputs you give a tool: an address or place you search, images you upload (plans, sections, renders). They are stored so you can download and share the result.
• Account data when you sign in with Google or your JOINT account: e-mail, name and profile picture. We use it to keep your results and to let you download them.
• Usage data: which tool was used, when, from which country (from the request), browser type. No advertising trackers.
• Instagram: for the @joint.sitemaps account we operate, we use the Instagram API to publish our own posts, read comments on our own posts and send a direct message with a link to people who ask for it in a comment (e.g. by commenting “link”). We store the comment id and the fact that a message was sent, nothing else about the commenter.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
• We don’t read Instagram messages or comments other than those on our own posts.
• We don’t train AI models on your uploads.

Where data lives

Servers in Asia Pacific (AWS / Supabase). Outputs you create may be featured on JOINT’s own social channels after a human review; sign in and contact us if you want a result removed.

Your rights · deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and everything linked to it at any time: see Data deletion or e-mail privacy@joint.design. We delete within 30 days.
